The 2018 entry, including the elegant floral float, represents a major Chinese community achievement with support and contributions from across the community. The beautiful floral float is a major financial commitment for this Organizing Committee. The decision was difficult, however, we consider this float to be the once-in-a-century event, with the last Portland Chinese Community Rose Festival floral float entry in 1923.
